This page explains what information Ask Diego Websites collects on askdiegoauto.com and how it is used. It describes how the site actually works.

What you send us

• Requests: your name, business name, the contact method you choose, and any optional details you add. These are stored in our database and we are notified so we can reply.
• Shared previews: if you choose to share, we store the design, business name, city, colors, typography, services, and logo. Phone numbers and emails are never stored in a preview. Previews are hidden from search engines and can be turned off.
• Client portal: your name, email, project content, revision history, and update requests.

What stays in your browser

Unsent drafts, favorites, comparisons, and anonymous personalization are saved in your browser's local storage. They do not reach our servers unless you send a request or share a preview.

Usage counts

We count actions like viewing the gallery, choosing a design, or completing a request. These counts never include names, phone numbers, emails, or anything you type.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Request notifications are delivered through messaging services we use to reply to you. If billing is enabled, payments are processed by Stripe and we never see or store card details.

Marketing

We only send tips or offers if you tick the optional box. Sending a request does not subscribe you to anything.

Sensitive information

Our forms do not ask for health, financial, or legal case details. Please do not include them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, or delete your information by replying to our message or sending a new request with your ask.
